Mexican Morning Show Hosts Transform for Annual Halloween Broadcast
The studio of the prominent television morning program transformed into a detailed house of horrors for its annual Halloween broadcast, featuring hosts dressed as iconic and terrifying figures.
Broadcast on Friday, October 30, the special episode featured a set decorated with elaborate spiderwebs, oversized spiders, and eerie clown motifs. The presenters debuted their transformations at the start of the show, drawing inspiration from classic horror cinema, dark pop culture, and a central horror-circus motif.
Among the participants, Ricardo Casares embraced the theme by dressing as a colorful, traditional harlequin. Tábata Jalil opted for a contrasting black-and-white harlequin outfit, while Flor Rubio transformed into a vintage circus fortune teller, complete with mystical props.
Kristal Silva captured significant attention with an original tarantula costume. Luz Elena González offered a darker take on a classic myth, appearing as an eerie, terrifying mermaid far removed from traditional fairytale depictions.

Chef Rahmar Villegas joined the circus troupe as the classic strongman, complete with stage weights and vintage athletic gear. Sergio Sepúlveda anchored the production as the ringmaster, presiding over the broadcast and introducing each character throughout the themed episode.
The annual Halloween costume broadcast has become a staple tradition for the morning program. In previous years, the cast adopted distinct conceptual themes, including a pirate-focused special in 2025 that featured Kristal Silva, Capi Pérez, Sergio Sepúlveda, Tábata Jalil, and Patricio Borghetti, alongside Casares as Captain Jack Sparrow and Rubio as a zombie pirate. The 2024 broadcast drew inspiration from contemporary cinema and animated features, highlighted by Casares portraying Arthur Fleck from the Joker sequel and Rubio appearing as the Other Mother from Coraline.
