House Democrats Release Epstein Report Featuring New Accusation Against Trump

A new report examining President Donald Trump’s historical relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, released this week by House of Representatives Democrats, features an accusation of rape brought by a former beauty pageant contestant from Switzerland.
Beatrice Keul, a retired model and former Miss Switzerland, detailed to the House Judiciary Committee an alleged incident that occurred at New York’s Plaza Hotel in 1993. The congressional document, published a week ahead of midterm elections, also compiles previously reported allegations made against Trump by four other women.
The White House strongly denied all claims contained in the report. Officials labeled the Democrats behind the release as “crazed” and described the document as a desperate maneuver to distract the public from Republican momentum, maintaining that the president has been fully exonerated regarding any association with Epstein.
Keul previously aired allegations regarding the Plaza Hotel incident in October 2024, ahead of the presidential election. In her interview with Judiciary Committee staff, she recounted that she was 24 years old when she traveled from Zurich to Manhattan to participate in the American Dream Pageant, which was staged at the Plaza Hotel while Trump owned the property.

According to Keul, she met Trump during a lunch event connected to the competition. During a 15-minute conversation, the real estate developer allegedly promised to assist her in obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission to New York University.
Keul stated that after Trump stepped away, she was approached by Epstein, who introduced himself as Trump’s close friend. She claimed Epstein invited her to a gathering at Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s Palm Beach residence, assuring her that travel and accommodations would be fully arranged.
Later that day, a representative of Trump invited Keul up to the businessman’s suite. She told investigators she viewed the invitation as a favorable opportunity to advance her education and career.
Upon entering the room, Keul alleged that Trump grabbed her from behind and forcibly raped her, tearing her dress and causing bleeding and bruising across her body. She described the encounter as brutal and stated that Trump sat on the bed afterward, reiterating his offers to help with her visa and university enrollment while telling her that the show must go on.
Keul finished her obligations for the pageant and returned to Switzerland, declining an invitation to participate in another Trump-sponsored event in Hawaii scheduled for several weeks later. She reported receiving a follow-up phone call from Trump months afterward in which he repeated his offer of visa assistance, which she rejected.
When Keul first publicized aspects of the Plaza Hotel incident in late 2024, Trump’s representatives denied the claims. Former press secretary Karoline Leavitt called the account false and asserted that fabricated allegations undermine genuine victims of assault.
Along with Keul’s testimony, the Democratic report summarizes allegations from four other women. Stacey Williams, a former model, has accused Trump of groping her at Trump Tower in 1993 during an encounter involving Epstein. Jill Harth alleged she was sexually assaulted by Trump at a mid-1990s party at Mar-a-Lago where Trump and Epstein appeared to be the sole male guests.
The document also references two anonymous accusers, identifying them by the pseudonyms Katie Johnson and Jane Doe. Both previously provided accounts to the FBI alleging they were sexually assaulted by Trump and Epstein when they were minors.
White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis reiterated denials of the report’s contents, stating that the document serves as a political distraction. Bis added that Trump previously barred Epstein from Mar-a-Lago due to his behavior and maintained that the president bears no culpability in connection with Epstein.
