Hilary Duff Debuts Custom Paul Aaron Micro Minidress on Australian Tour

Hilary Duff brought retro-futuristic glamour to the stage during her Lucky Me tour stop in Sydney, Australia, performing in a custom celestial-inspired micro minidress designed by Paul Aaron.

The shimmering lavender garment featured crochet stars worked in dark metallic thread alongside 20,000 hand-woven lavender glass beads. Its asymmetrical halter bodice incorporated geometric cutouts across the chest and waist, merging an edgy structure with a glittering, galaxy-themed aesthetic. A large cutout at the back broke up the visual line by revealing her upper back.

Extending from the hem was a floor-sweeping veil of metallic fringe composed of fluid, shimmering strands designed to create dynamic movement under stage lighting. Silver Gianvito Rossi boots peeked through the floor-length fringe, their reflective surface mirroring the silver hues of the beaded dress to tie the high-energy ensemble together while elongating her frame.

Styled by Neelo Boory, the performer accessorized with a dainty sparkling bracelet on one wrist and several rings adorning her hands. Her beauty look leaned into Y2K-infused glamour, featuring voluminous honey-blonde hair worn in loose waves falling over her shoulders. Her minimal makeup consisted of a glossy lip, black eyeliner, and fluttery lashes.

The Sydney performance follows a similar sartorial choice from the conclusion of the U.S. leg of her tour, where she wore a custom Paul Aaron shooting star beaded gown that also incorporated thousands of hand-woven glass beads, torso cutouts, and a fringe veil.
