Beyoncé Debuts Limited-Edition Poster Zine Focusing on Entrepreneurship and Haircare Evolution

Global icon Beyoncé has released a new limited-edition print project that serves as both a visual retrospective and a business manifesto for her haircare line, Cécred. The “poster zine” offers a deep dive into the brand she established in 2024, highlighting her specific role as an independent founder and investor rather than a traditional celebrity spokesperson.
The publication features exclusive, poster-scale imagery that merges high-fashion aesthetics with the technical focus of beauty science. The release holds particular historical significance, arriving as a 20th-anniversary milestone of a previous major editorial appearance that originally preceded the 2006 launch of her sophomore solo album, B’DAY.
In a rare look at her corporate strategy and personal motivations, Beyoncé detailed the philosophy behind Cécred alongside her mother, Ms. Tina Knowles, who serves as the company’s vice chairwoman. The two have integrated decades of family tradition and professional haircare experience into the venture. According to the artist, the most fulfilling aspect of the project has been witnessing the brand’s community expand to include diverse ethnicities, hair textures, generations, and genders.
Beyoncé was candid regarding the public perception of celebrity-led brands, noting that the launch required a period of adjustment for an industry accustomed to different business models. She emphasized that she is the founder, visionary, and sole investor in the company, explicitly stating that her goal was not to be the face or model for the brand, but to build a solution-oriented business. Her primary ambition was to develop products that perform so effectively that their utility reaches consumers regardless of their familiarity with or affinity for her musical career.
The imagery for the special edition was crafted by a team of frequent collaborators. Photography was led by Blair Caldwell, with color direction by Mason Poole. The technical execution of the hair styling was managed by Neal Farinah, while makeup was handled by Francesca Tolot and styling by Shiona Turini.
This release represents a continued shift for the artist toward complete institutional ownership. By positioning herself as the sole financier and chairwoman, she continues to establish a specific blueprint for celebrity entrepreneurship focused on operational control and long-term research and development. The limited-edition zine is currently available for direct purchase through the publication’s official channels.
