Tran shared that she is considering breast augmentation, a move she has discussed openly with Sanders. While she noted that she is interested in the procedure, Sanders reportedly feels it is unnecessary. According to Tran, his initial response was that she did not need the surgery. However, he eventually offered to support her decision and cover the costs if it was something she truly wanted, albeit with a unique and joking set of conditions.
Tran recounted the playful ultimatum Sanders delivered regarding the financial arrangement. She explained that he joked that if the couple ever decided to part ways in the future, he would expect a refund of sorts on his investment. Tran laughingly recalled him saying that if they broke up, he would be “taking them back,” leading her to question how such a recovery would even be physically possible.
While the exchange regarding cosmetic surgery was lighthearted, it takes place against the backdrop of a deeply serious period for the couple. Tran and Sanders have been dating for more than a year, a time during which Sanders faced a significant battle with bladder cancer. Tran was a constant presence by his side throughout the ordeal, including the moments leading up to his major surgical intervention last year.
Tran has previously shared emotional footage from that period, including the time just before Sanders underwent a complex operation to remove his bladder. She described the procedure as a grueling one where surgeons removed the cancerous organ and constructed a new bladder using a portion of his intestines. In reflections on that time, she noted the gravity of the situation, while Sanders recalled the difficulty of his daily life during the fight, including the necessity of using medical bags for blood and urine while trying to maintain his property.
Following the successful surgery and recovery period, Sanders was declared cancer-free earlier this year. He has expressed deep gratitude for his current health status, noting that he is in a completely different place than he was a year ago. The couple’s ability to joke about future plans and cosmetic procedures marks a shift toward normalcy following a period defined by medical uncertainty and intensive recovery.
