Pokémon Happy Meal Returns to McDonald’s With 15 Toys and Trading Cards

The popular partnership between McDonald’s and the Pokémon franchise is returning to restaurants nationwide, bringing a new wave of limited-edition merchandise for collectors and families alike. Beginning November 10, participating locations will roll out the Pokémon Happy Meal, featuring a lineup of 15 collectible toys and a companion trading card set.

The upcoming rollout marks the first time since 2018 that customers will receive a genuine three-dimensional collectible toy alongside playable cards in their meals. Each toy comes packaged inside a specialized mini-box designed to resemble iconic McDonald’s cartons shaped around fan-favorite characters.

The complete roster of 15 collectible character boxes includes Bulbasaur, Charmander, Chikorita, Eevee, Espeon, Espurr, Minccino, Munchlax, Pikachu, Piplup, Rowlett, Sobble, Squirtle, Sprigatito, and Weedle.

In addition to the physical toy, each meal includes two randomized cards drawn from a specialized 15-card McDonald’s reprint set, which incorporates seven foil cards. Fans and trainers can also scan a QR code printed on their Happy Meal box to access an interactive digital game, where they can search for the 15 character toys hidden across a virtual classroom and playground environment.

The promotional meals will be available for a limited time and while supplies last. Following the initial November launch in the United States, Australia, Canada, Fiji, France, New Zealand, and Spain, the global rollout will expand to dozens of international markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas through early 2027.
