Inside NBA Star Mikal Bridges’ High-End Real Estate Portfolio

As New York Knicks forward Mikal Bridges navigates the 2026–27 regular season amidst questions regarding his early-season performance and heavy career workload, the 30-year-old athlete has built an impressive portfolio of luxury real estate.
Earning a $33.5 million salary for the current season—supplemented by brand endorsements, performance bonuses, and appearances—the Malvern, Pennsylvania native has invested heavily in high-end properties following stints with the Phoenix Suns, Brooklyn Nets, and Knicks.
In May 2024, shortly before his July 2024 trade from Brooklyn to the Knicks, Bridges purchased a Tribeca loft for $5.99 million in a flash auction. Handled by brokers Nicole Palermo and Ryan Serhant, the duplex spans 5,228 square feet of interior living space across two levels and includes 625 square feet of private outdoor space.
Originally built in 1861, the historic building retains original architectural details such as exposed brick arches. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence also features 12.5-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, a home gym, a yoga studio, an office, and extensive laundry facilities.
Prior to his time in New York, Bridges established roots in Arizona during his professional career with the Phoenix Suns, following his collegiate play at Villanova. In November 2021, he acquired a 7,000-square-foot modern farmhouse in Paradise Valley, Arizona, for just over $6 million. The five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom property featured retractable glass walls, a chef’s kitchen, and a primary suite equipped with an outdoor shower.
Following his trade to the Nets in February 2023—a deal that brought Kevin Durant to Phoenix—Bridges reflected candidly on the transaction at the time, stating, “Obviously, I’m going to miss everyone there, miss my home, miss all my friends that’s back there, but I get it. You’re getting Kevin Durant, bro. Maybe I would have probably made that trade, too.”
In May 2023, roughly a year and a half after purchasing the Arizona estate, Bridges listed the resort-like property for $7 million. The home sold rapidly, closing that same month for $6,675,000 in an all-cash deal.
Having signed a four-year, $150 million contract extension with the Knicks in July 2025, Bridges appears settled in Manhattan for the foreseeable future as he continues his career on the court.
