Costco Launches $200 Thanksgiving Meal Bundle for Eight

Costco has introduced a comprehensive holiday meal package designed to streamline Thanksgiving dinner preparations for households seeking convenience. The online-only bundle is priced at $199.99, reflecting a $70 manufacturer discount from its regular $269.99 price tag that remains available through November 30 while supplies last. The offering is calculated to cost approximately $25 per person.

The holiday package includes 12 separate items totaling roughly 30 pounds of food intended to feed eight people. The menu features a 5-pound pre-brined turkey breast designed to be ready for roasting, alongside a variety of prepared traditional sides, rolls, and desserts. The lineup comprises 3 pounds each of mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, sweet corn, green bean casserole, and cornbread stuffing, alongside 2 pounds of candied yams, 12 dinner rolls, 24 ounces of turkey gravy, and 20 ounces of cranberry relish. Rounding out the meal are a 2-pound apple cobbler and a 2-pound pumpkin pie.

According to the retail company, many of the side dishes require only minimal preparation or simple heating. “We’ve made Thanksgiving much easier for you and your family with this bundle,” the retailer stated regarding the holiday offering.

The meal kit is sold exclusively through the warehouse club’s website and ships frozen via FedEx with second-day delivery. Shoppers can place preorders through November 13, with fulfillment deliveries scheduled to arrive between November 4 and November 20.

Other major national competitors have also rolled out competing holiday food promotions for the season. A rival offering from Walmart features a holiday basket priced at $35 designed to feed up to 10 people at roughly $3.50 per person, containing 26 items that represent an 18% increase in product count and a 12% price reduction compared to the previous year.
