Madison Beer Heckled Over Struggling Los Angeles Chargers During Disneyland Holiday Special Taping

Pop artist Madison Beer found herself unable to escape the fortunes of the winless Los Angeles Chargers even while taping a holiday segment at Disneyland. Beer spent Monday and Tuesday at the Anaheim theme park recording material for the upcoming Disney Parks Holiday Special.

During her performance on Monday night, Beer delivered a rendition of “Please Come Home for Christmas” before a live audience. As she performed, a man in the crowd shouted out a demand regarding her fiancé, Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert, yelling, “Fix the Chargers.” Beer responded to the interruption with a smile and a shake of her head before continuing.

Beer entered the football spotlight over the summer when Herbert proposed to her. However, the timing thrust the pop artist into a turbulent sports environment as the Chargers transitioned from preseason Super Bowl contenders to an 0-6 start entering Week 8 of the 2026 season. The struggles mark a stark downturn for the franchise under head coach Jim Harbaugh, following consecutive 11-win seasons and high hopes sparked by the offseason hiring of offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel.

Despite high expectations, the Chargers’ offense has sputtered. The unit ranks 30th in scoring, 26th in total yards per game, 27th in third-down conversion rate, 23rd in red-zone scoring efficiency, and 30th in touchdowns per game.

Following a bye week, the Chargers face a challenging matchup against the Rams on Sunday as the league’s lone remaining winless team, with anticipated roster and coaching adjustments looming ahead of the game.
